Cork and Canvas Session: December 29, 2018

Do you ever see summer camps and classes for kids and wish there were something similar for adults? Here is your chance. Give yourself the same encouragement you would give a kid in your life…you don’t have to be an artist to go and try something new, and have fun. Maybe you will make a new friend.

Come and create! We will be working with soft pastels on sanded paper. It is the most beautiful medium, rich vibrant colors that allow beautiful depth and layering, and are very FORGIVING! Perfect for beginners. Classes are structured with enough direction to ensure success and enough freedom to allow for creative expression.

Bring your favorite buddy, some of your favorite photos, a snack, something to sip, and an apron (or smock or wear clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dusty)  and walk away with real art that you created! You will be making your own art from a photo (this is a great way to preserve a special memory)!
